90 Day Fiancé's Charlie Potthast Trolls Rest Of The Family Following TV Throwdown With Andrei

Warning! The following contains spoilers for the 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After episode titled "Time Does Not Heal All Wounds." Read at your own risk!

90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? couple Andrei and Elizabeth "Libby" Castravet have been at odds with her siblings since Andrei joined her father Chuck Potthast's family business. Chuck invited Libby and Andrei - plus Libby's siblings Rebekah, Jenn, and Charlie Potthast - to dinner to hopefully squash the beef between everyone once and for all. But as was the case with all previous attempts, that dinner only made things worse. After the episode first hit streaming for Discovery+ subscribers, Charlie decided to publicly troll his family (and possibly even fans) with a social media post reflecting on that rumble.

During the episode, Charlie Potthast arrived at the cookout and almost immediately began a screaming match with Andrei Castravet. The two even wrestled for a little while, hilariously enough, but then someone who appeared to be from 90 Day Fiancé's security team intervened when Andrei flipped Charlie to his back. The scuffle led to screaming and crying from multiple parties, the most surprising of which was patriarch Chuck Potthast. Check out how, Charlie mocked his family on Instagram in regards to the event with the following two photos seen below.

Charlie Potthast's point appears to be that he wasn't at all worried or shaken following the exchange, despite the fact that everyone in the family swore they'd never meet up like that again. It's possible the person crying angry tears in the second picture is Andrei Castravet, though fans have pointed out online that while Andrei was indeed angry, he arguably he got the better of Charlie in their exchange.

In fact, even Charlie Potthast admitted that Andrei Castravet took him down in their brief scuffle. After the families dispersed and everyone went their separate ways, Charlie addressed the camera while walking to the car with his wife, saying:

He got me on the ground. He got me that one time. It is what it is, you know? Guess what? I'll be back. I'll be back.

Someone should give Charlie Potthast a WWE-worthy entrance them now. His recent comments on Instagram would appear to indicate he and Andrei Castravet are no closer to being friendly now than they were at the time of filming. That's not a surprise, given the two's history, though this entire family can hopefully reach an understanding eventually that will lead to everyone being civil at future family gatherings. There's also a chance that the family is putting on a show for 90 Day Fiancé fans, considering this recent discovery on Reddit that suggests the Castravets had both filmed and un-filmed versions of Ellie's party (check the wardrobe changes). At this point, I'm hoping for the latter, since any family dynamic that's genuinely like the Castravet/Potthast family's would be hell to deal with on a constant basis.

90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? airs on TLC on Sundays at 8:00 p.m. ET and Friday mornings on Discovery+. Charlie Potthast isn't the only cast member in the doghouse with fans as of late, so be sure to catch up on the latest reason fans are upset with Angela Deem here.
