The next adventure for the Doctor and his companions will get going this fall, and for those of you who are greatly anticipating the return of Doctor Who for its seventh series, you'll definitely want to check out this just-released trailer, which shows what's ahead for the Doctor, Amy Pond and Rory.

Doctor, Daleks and dinosaurs! That's what's coming, based on this trailer, which just went up at the Doctor Who tumblr.

"Dinosaurs! On a space ship!"

Also, those are a lot of Daleks! There are also some Transformers-like robots who are "very cross" with the Doctor, and we get a look at Rory and Amy in New York City, which from what's been reported, (spoilers!) is the couple's last episode for the series. We also caught a glimpse of some western scenes, and a bit of horse riding… and triceratops riding? Fun!

Doctor Who returns for Series 7 on BBC America this fall. Here's an intense looking photo of the Doctor looking heroic while he's surrounded by some very exterminate-happy looking daleks.
