Fans who have watched Ben and Erin Napier renovate homes in their town of Laurel, Mississippi, for the past decade were relieved when Home Town survived a string of surprising HGTV cancellations last year. After Season 10 of the home restoration series saw them take on what Ben called their “largest group of extremely difficult projects” yet, I’ve been looking forward to what’s in store for Season 11, and Erin has finally given us an update.

The Napiers are so beloved amongst HGTV fans because of their relatability, their Southern charm and an incredible work ethic. (Remember: The work never stops!) Erin Napier showed all three of those things in an Instagram post that also provided an update on Home Town Season 11. Alongside a video of what their daily routine looks like, she wrote:

When is more Home Town coming? Soon! We just came back to filming from our summer break. This is a typical day during filming, which runs year round. We have an incredible sitter who is with the girls when we are at work (she was my favorite babysitter when she was a teenager) and my parents fill in too. I love to hear about people’s routines. Do you?

I’m impressed and proud of Erin and Ben Napier for finding time for a summer break, given the fact that, as she said, they’re filming year-round. So even though we haven’t seen any new episodes of Home Town since Season 10’s finale in March, they’ve been hard at work preparing the next batch of episodes.

When will those come? “Soon!” according to Erin Napier, and although that’s not very specific, we can deduce from the show’s previous release schedule that Home Town Season 11 will premiere either late on the 2026 TV schedule or early in 2027. Seasons typically premiere in December or January and air through the spring, depending on how many episodes have been ordered.

After seeing Erin’s video, we certainly can’t accuse the Napiers of resting on their laurels (or getting much rest in Laurel — see what I did there?). Check out a day in the life of Ben and Erin:

Now, I’m tempted to let this video make me feel bad about my own daily routine, but I actually love this for her. Erin Napier keeps it real, after all. She’s also been open about being in her “softest” era and why her 40th birthday party was also kind of a funeral after tragedy struck one of their recent big projects. (Stream the spinoff Home Town: Inn This Together with your HBO Max subscription to learn all about that.)

I can’t wait to see more of what Erin and Ben Napier have been up to, and while new episodes of Home Town may be coming “soon,” we likely still have some months ahead of us. In the meantime, though, you can revisit past projects by streaming Home Town on HBO Max or with a Netflix subscription or Hulu subscription.
