New Dark Knight Rises Trailer Features Fighting, Explosions And A Few Amusing Moments

We're one day shy of the month mark in counting down to The Dark Knight Rises' release into theaters, and with that we have a new trailer for the upcoming Christopher Nolan film. While some may be looking to devour every little morsel of Batman-related footage between now and July 20th, I'm getting to the point where I've seen enough to be well sold on the film. With that said, despite the many chilling and explosive images we've seen in the previous trailers, something tells me there's still more to look forward to.
If you've seen some or all of the other trailers, a lot of what's in the new trailer will probably look familiar, but we do get some snippets that appear to be new, and there's definitely plenty to look at here. Here it is (via TheFilmStage.com)
I like the pacing of this one, particularly in the way the music creates a sort of breathing tempo, inhaling and exhaling fighting, explosions and mayhem with each glimpse. And all of this is offset nicely with a few amusing moments, like Bruce learning that his "wife" said he'd take a cab home, the look he gives Lucius when he makes the comment about remembering where he parked, and Alfred's comment, "Don't worry Master Wayne. Takes a little time to get back in the swing of things." Indeed.
It's at this point though, that I'm starting to think I've seen enough of the movie before actually having seen the movie. Fortunately, we have just over a month to wait!
The Dark Knight Rises stars Christian Bale, anne Hathaway< Tom Hardy, marion Cotillard, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Morgan Freeman, Gary Oldmaan and Michael Caine. More information on the film can be fond in our Blend Film Database
