Real Housewife Ramona Singer Caused A 4-Car Pile-Up

Ramona Singer Watch What Happens Live! With Andy Cohen

Ramona Singer's Memorial Day weekend took a turn for the worse. The Real Housewives of New York personality was involved in a four-car pile-up on Saturday, in a string of accidents that she reportedly caused. The Bravo reality TV star was driving along the Montauk Highway when her car rear-ended a vehicle, which ultimately caused a trail of accidents in front of her. Singer was apparently looking away from the street when the accident occurred, and no alcohol or drugs were involved, at least according to recent reports. Her injuries are believed to be minor, and thankfully no one else was reported to be injured. Here's everything we know about the weekend car collusion.

It's unknown where Ramona Singer was intended to go on her Saturday ride. But according to TMZ but when she left her Southampton, NY house and drove down the highway, she eventually caused a trail of accidents on the highway. Her eyes left the road for a moment in time, and Singer reared ended a Mazda with her Maserati. The television star had bruises and minor aches and pains from the accident, and she was eventually transported to the hospital for examinations, but she was released shortly thereafter.

While Ramona Singer is obviously shaken by the ordeal, she's reportedly recuperating well. She also has insurance, so it likely won't cause too much of a financial headache. The vehicle is totaled, however, because it received some extreme damage in the front. She'll need to find another way to get around, although it's possible that she won't want to deal with driving for the time being.

We're sure Bravo's currently-filming new season will cover this whole debacle. It's what they do best. Thankfully, the accident wasn't tragic, but it was fraught with problems, and it's also ripe for reality TV drama -- at least, for at least an episode or two. Meanwhile, Ramona Singer is not the only Real Housewives of New York mainstay to find her personal life scoring headlines for her personal life.

Just before Christmas, Countess Luann De Lesseps found herself in a wild holiday bender in Palm Beach, FL that eventually resulted in her getting arrested on several different charges, including disorderly intoxication, resisting arrest, battery of an officer, and making threats against a public servant. Those are some mighty serious charges, and it seems that the fellow Bravo star is getting her life back in order, if one step at a time, by admitting she has a drinking problem and focusing on living a better, healthy life in the wake of the public intoxication. The video of the arrest did eventually make its way online, though, and we're sure the Countess would rather it didn't, because it gets pretty wild real quick.
