People Really Can't Believe Paul Rudd Has Turned 50

Paul Rudd - This is 40

On Saturday, Paul Rudd turned 50 years old. But if the media wasn't following his acting career in interest these past 30 years, one would be tempted to think that the actor is quite a few years younger. Sure enough, as it has been pointed out numerous times throughout the years, Paul Rudd simply doesn't seem to age. In fact, many people are curious to know: How the hell does Paul Rudd still look so young?

Speaking on a personal front, I'd reckon that Paul Rudd must've found the Fountain of Youth with Keanu Reeves, Pharrell Williams, Ricky Martin and Owen Wilson at some point earlier in their lives. And they've selfishly kept this groundbreaking scientific discovery a secret from the public-at-large for decades-on-end. But maybe he made a deal with the devil? Maybe he simply has good genes? No matter the explanation, it's hard to believe Paul Rudd has just turned 50, and several people are having a hard time wrapping their brains around this astonishing fact. Take a look.

Ultimately, one cannot fathom how Paul Rudd continues to look this young at this stage of his life. It makes no sense. It defies all logic and science; in fact, this mystery will likely remain confounding and unexplainable for the foreseeable future --likely when Rudd turns 82 and yet the actor still doesn't look a day over 35.

Nevertheless, Paul Rudd might not look any older, but he just turned 50. And that's a pretty big deal. We wish him a happy birthday and we hope it was a good day — even as he (presumably) cackles in delight as people continue losing their minds over his youthful appearance, while he glazes at the map to the Fountain of Youth that he keeps in his secret chamber, hoping it'll never again see the light of day.

Reportedly, of course.
