I’ve never been the hugest fan of simulation racing games, in truth, the closest I ever get to that style of game is PGR. However, that doesn’t mean I don’t recognize that the announcement of a new Gran Turismo game is a really big deal to a lot of people. Millions of people, in fact.
Like I said though, I don’t know all that much about simulation racing games, so you guys will have to be the ones to tell me if this is hot stuff or crap. My guess is that it’s amazing considering Gran Turismo has only had one real competitor for champion of the genre in over ten years (Editor's Note: That's Forza Motorsport folks...Forza Motorsport).
