Penny Arcade Expo (PAX), the Seattle gaming convention, has gotten very crowded in recent years and in response to this, the organizers will hold a separate convention on the East Coast in 2010. Registration for the first ever PAX East is now open.

PAX East 2010 will take place March 26th-March 28th at the Hynes Convention Center in Boston, Massachusetts. The ticket prices are the same as PAX: $35 for a one-day pass and $55 for a three-day pass. Tickets are $5 cheaper if you pre-register before March 25th.

Registration for this year's regular ol' PAX began in February. PAX 2009 will take place at the Washington State Convention & Trade Center in Seattle from September 4th to 6th.
