Napoleon: Total War's just a couple weeks away but The Creative Assembly's still producing content for its predecessor Empire: Total War. They've just released the "Elite Units of the East" DLC through Steam.

"Elite Units" adds a total of twelve new units to the game, spread between the Ottoman and Maratha factions. After being unlocked in the single-player campaign, they can be used in online and offline play. Unit details, including their unlock conditions, can be found at Steam.

From now until February 15th, all five games in the Total War series are 66% cheaper through Steam. All downloadable content for Empire has been marked down by 10% for that same time period.
