NCsoft announced today that it's bringing its library of MMO's to Steam. Starting today, the "latest offerings for City of Heroes, Guild Wars, and Lineage franchises" will be available through Valve's popular digital games service.

These games aren't available quite yet but Valve's a West Coast outfit so they usually add games at noon or later. The press release from NCsoft also mentions that their upcoming MMO Aion will be available through Steam once it launches this fall. That could be the first MMO to ever launch on Steam but don't hold us to that.

Steam will be offering special promotions on NCsoft games over the next few weeks so be on the lookout. They're really big on weekend deals so expect to hear something on Friday.
