Subscribe To Painkiller Now On Good Old Games Updates
Some first-person shooters have guns that shoot whirling blades and some have guns that shoot lightning but only one game has a gun that does both: Painkiller. The 2004 FPS, developed by People Can Fly, is now available on digital game store Good Old Games.

In Painkiller, players control Daniel Garner, a dead man trapped in Purgatory who has to kill four of Lucifer's generals so he can be sent to Heaven and reunite with his wife. That's a pretty daunting task but fortunately Garner has the aforementioned blade and lightning gun, a chainsaw with a rocket launcher attached, and many other ridiculous weapons.

Purchasing a digital copy of the game through will cost you $9.99. It's actually the Black Edition of the game so it also includes the Battle out of Hell expansion pack.
