You thought EA and Maxis was done pumping out expansions for The Sims 3 after the Supernatural pack? Whoa, think again, skipper. EA has found some brand new ways to get you to divorce the dollar bills in your wallet and the latest expansion for The Sims 3 is called 70s, 80s, & 90s Stuff, bringing gamers tons of content from three different cultural eras of humanism.

To help celebrate the announcement of the new expansion pack – which literally contains almost more stuff than the entire asset library of several Nintendo games combined – EA let loose a brand new teaser trailer showcasing all the furnishings, décor, clothes and accessories that will be available in the new expansion. Check it out below.

I'm thoroughly shocked EA hasn't tried microtransactioning The Sims community yet. Seems like a very common sense thing to do in their position, but I guess they still have a modicum of respect for their player-base (or Maxis is pleading desperately with EA not to go over the top with milking fans the way they do with their EA Sports titles?)

Anyway, you can pre-order the The Sims 3 70s, 80s & 90s Stuff expansion pack right now or learn more by paying a visit to the game's Official Website.
