GameHi, the South-East Asian online game publisher and distributed, announced from their US-based offices that the popular Asian-based MMOFPS, Sudden Attack, has entered open-beta for North American gamers. Gamers won’t have long though before the open-beta closes, so time is of the essence.

According to the press release…

Originally launched in July, 2006 Sudden Attack is now the most played first person shooter in Korea with more than 100 consecutive weeks on the game charts. Notable for its high quality graphics, stable game service, ample resources, and quick character and community system, Sudden Attack is positioned to garner similar blockbuster success in the U.S. Its broad appeal comes from a combination of elements including fast and fun casual gameplay; and unlike most FPS games, Sudden Attack is free-to-play.

For the next three weeks any and all gamers will be able to participate in the open-beta and get in some good ‘ole fragging. The game also sports clan-based combat, a hefty selection of different kinds of customizable weapons, and a variety of deathmatch maps.
