Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World for the Nintendo Wii is the follow-up to the ever popular GameCube classic, Tales of Symphonia. The game brings back some of the fan-favorite characters, introduces a new battle system, and evolves the general gameplay with more RPG features. Before you dive head-first into this game when it releases on November 11th, you can check out the exclusive new animated intro sequence, which has recently been released by Namco-Bandai.

Dawn of the New World picks up where the original Tales of Symphonia left off, except now there’s a new form of terror and corruption overrunning the world. Of course, it’s up to players to customize a party, take to the field of battle and capture more than 200 unique Pokemon...uh, I mean, monsters. Yes, Dawn of the New World takes a feature right out of the Pokemon playbook, which is now offering gamers the ability to capture monsters and train them up and evolve them into new creatures. Sounds interesting.

The trailer is your standard-fare anime intro; cool fighting, some character overviews and a general outlook on the story. You can visit the Official Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World Website for more information and details on the game. It’s due out on November 11th for the Nintendo Wii, carrying the suggested retail price of $39.99.
