Keeping in theme with all the other Iron Man related mods released recently for Rockstar's Grand Theft Auto IV, another video has surfaced showcasing Iron Man's right-hand man kicking butt and taking names in a video that sees James Rhodes suited up as War Machine and solving all sorts of domestic abuse problems.
The video is pretty funny but one thing worth noting is that War Machine looks like a seriously functional badass in this mod. His shoulder cannons fire properly, his rockets work like a charm and his livery is pretty slick. Video-wise, I don't think it's as entertaining as the Mark XVII Heartbreaker video, but it's still pretty neat nonetheless.
GTA IV has been in the spotlight lately alongside its upcoming successor, GTA V. One of the things that makes the above video so neat is that War Machine is part of an Iron Man mod that completely changes the way the game is played, but it's being combined with a LCPD mod that allows you to go on procedurally generated police missions/investigations/raids that adds a whole other level of complexity and depth to the general GTA IV experience. In other words, combining these mods turned two awesome mods into one uber-awesome mod.
If you can't wait to get your hands on Rockstar's Grand Theft Auto V for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation this fall, you can at least mess around with all the neat little (and big) mods that are available for GTA IV. Maybe someone can mount the Iron Man mod and the Back to the Future Mod and then go back to western times and repulsor blast the crap out of cowboys.
