Weekly Recap Jan 15th: Silent Hill Downpour, BattleField 3 At GDC, Cryptic's Secret Game

I’m pretty sure a lot of gamers have completely forgotten about Silent Hill. Well, Konami hasn’t forgotten and they’re still working on the long-running franchise with a brand new game called Silent Hill: Downpour. You’ll have to check it out to see what the new features and scenario will be. EA and Dice will be unveiling one of the most highly anticipated shooters of 2011 with Battlefield 3 at this year’s Game Developers Conference and famous for their MMOs, Cryptic will be unveiling yet another new MMO but no one knows what it is yet. Let’s just hope it’s less glitch than Star Trek Online and it won’t be as gimped as the free-to-play version of Champions Online.
