Kaley Cuoco Goes Full Bachelorette (Complete With Rose) While Talking Her Love Of The Franchise

Kaley Cuoco as Cassie Bowden almost smiles on The Flight Attendant

The Bachelor franchise has proven to be addictive reality TV. Whether it’s watching young men and women find true love and go on extravagant dates, or delighting in the drama of multiple people fighting over one sexy single, The Bachelor and its spinoffs have attracted and held the attention of viewers for almost two decades. It's not just regular people like me and you, either; tons of celebrities have admitted to their obsession with the shows. Kaley Cuoco’s fandom has even granted her the opportunity to transform into The Bachelorette, as part of W Magazine’s TV Portfolio spread.

Kaley Cuoco and more of today’s hottest TV stars took part in W’s second annual TV Portfolio, in which the actors embodied their favorite television personalities of all time. The result brought stunning results, with The Big Bang Theory star channeling Season 11 Bachelorette Kaitlyn Bristowe in a gorgeous red sequined dress, wavy hair falling down her shoulders and, of course, a rose that she’s holding out to a potential suitor. Cuoco told W Magazine she only has one problem with the shows: She wants more:

I’ve been an avid, die-hard, devoted Bachelor slash Bachelorette slash Bachelor in Paradise fan for as long as I can remember. I go deep into Bachelor in Paradise. In fact, I’m mad that Bachelor in Paradise has not turned into a Big Brother situation, where you can just watch them 24 hours a day. That’s what I think they should do.

I hope somebody from ABC is paying attention! Kaley Cuoco had some amazing things to say about her favorite Bachelorette, Kaitlyn Bristowe, who will return as co-host of The Bachelorette for Michelle Young’s season this fall alongside Tayshia Adams. Bristowe first appeared on Chris Soules’ season of The Bachelor, where her quirky and outspoken personality led to her headlining her own season. Cuoco said she responded to Bristowe’s authenticity:

She was so cool. She was very to the point, she was authentic, she was not fake. I loved that she was just herself. There’ve been some really classic people in the past that have been on the show, but she really was my favorite. I liked that she had an edge. She cussed, she had sex. I just found her to be like a girl’s girl.

It’s true that before sex-positive Katie Thurston brought her vibrator to The Bachelor, Kaitlyn Bristowe paved the way by being the first woman to talk openly about having sex with one of the contestants before the fantasy suite dates. And it’s easy to see why such a strong female presence on the addictive reality series would strike a chord with someone like Kaley Cuoco, who has both starred in and executive produced two of her latest projects, Harley Quinn and The Flight Attendant, garnering an Emmy nod for the latter. Take a look at Cuoco’s portrait for yourself:
