Today Blizzard revealed that they're reworking one of the Protoss units from StarCraft II. The Nullifier is being renamed "The Sentry" and it's got a new model to go along with the name.

The Nullifier/Sentry is a airborne support unit. It's not clear if its function will be changed as well. The Nullifier looked more like a flying lobster while the Sentry looks like a flying lobster with a globe on top. There are probably more enthusiastic ways to describe the appearances of either unit but there you go.

SC2's beta is set to begin soon. The game itself hits stores in the first half of 2010.
