Paradox Interactive and Zeal Studio's latest dungeon-digging strategy game, A Game of Dwarves has officially launched and the launch trailer for the game marks the milestone that the game is finished and done and currently available for purchase.

The launch trailer is a lighthearted affair that gives gamers a brief overview of some of the things you can go in A Game of Dwarves. While it shares a similar name to A Game of Thrones, there is a vast absence of sex and bloody violence. Instead, the game focuses on underground building, enabling players to explore the deepest recesses of cavern life. Check it out in the trailer below.

I love the art-style and simplistic aesthetic. It reminds me of the games of old where the graphics were just a vehicle for the more complex game mechanics aimed to truly engaging players and not just taking their money and giving them six hours of Michael Bay 'Splosions™ and a throwaway storyline.

Players will utilize a variety of tools to help their dwarves grow and evolve, including scientist dwarves, botanist dwarves, warrior dwarves and décor dwarves.

You can pick up a copy of the game right now for the low, low, low price of $9.99 right now on Steam and other leading digital distributors. You can learn more by paying a visit to the game's Official Website.
