Retro game service Good Old Games has added two games to its catalog to test your tactical skills. DRM-free copies of Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon and Combat Chess can now be purchased through GOG for $9.99 and $5.99, respectively.

Combat Chess is well...chess, except that the pieces are 3D models that beat the crap out of each other. If you're not keen on such theatrics, you can also play with traditional chess pieces as well. Ghost Recon, meanwhile, is a military shooter. Players take control of a squadron of U.S. special force troops who must stop a conflict on the border of Russia from widening into a massive war.

Ghost Recon is the fifth Ubisoft game to hit GOG. Heroes of Might and Magic and Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six are coming to the service soon as well. Combat Chess is the third Empire Interactive's release through GOG. They'll be rolling out Pro Pinball Big Race USA and Pro Pinball Fantastic Journey soon.
