Gamigo announced today that their free-to-play, Asian-based mythological, swords-and-sorcery game, Loong: The Power of the Dragon, has received a brand new expansion called DragonBlood. The new expansion allows players to turn into various forms of fearsome dragons.
As stated in the press release...
To be able to transform into a dragon, players collect mighty artifacts from the dangerous dragons all over the world. Taking on dragon form will increase attack and defense stats greatly, making it particularly advantageous for PvP duels. In the PvP arena players can go up against each other in 3-vs.-3 matches to earn titles and points for powerful PvP equipment. The raise of the level cap brings with it new regions and dungeons as well as new mounts and pets and a thousand new quests.
1,000 new quests? That's a lot. Sort of...depending on how much you like to quest grind. Anyways, in addition to being able to PvP in new arenas, transform into a dragon and even evolve pets in a brand new system. That's right, the pet system has received an upgrade.
In addition to this, there is now a three-tiered skill-based system so you can level up your character in anyway that you see fit. You can check out the complete list of new features for the DragonBlood expansion below or start playing the game, which is free-to-play, by paying a visit to the Official Website.
