What’s a Namco Bandai announcement spree without something Naruto related? It’s not an announcement spree without something Naruto related, I’ll tell you that much. With that said, Namco Bandai announced today (along with a ton of other news) that a brand new Naruto game is on the way for the PSP called Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Impact.
If you thought that you just weren’t getting enough Naruto games and enough ninja slicing, dicing and dashing action, then the newest game in the series will turn all of that around with tag-team battles, over 20 new missions, improved Jutsu skills, 20 playable characters and a brand new character customization feature.
What’s more is that with the new customization tool comes all new persistency, meaning that no matter what mode you do or how many people you play with your customized character can develop and evolve across all of the game’s available modes. It’s almost like an MMO except without the massive multiplayer part attached.
The game is set to release exclusively on the PSP later this year.
