Subscribe To Phantasy Star Online 2 Japanese Debut Trailer Updates
Sega released a full debut trailer featuring nearly three-and-a-half minutes of gameplay. For the 10th anniversary of Phantasy Star Online Sega is releasing an amped up version of Phantasy Star Online 2 later this year.

The game – like previous installments in the series – features lots of adventuring and exploration as multiple players can team up together using a variety of classes, weapons and equipment. The dungeon crawling mechanic allows for players to scavenge for better equipment and loot drops by downing tough opponents.

The debut trailer shows off a few classes in action, including the long range gunner and the close range blader. Of course, considering that this is the Japanese debut trailer there hasn’t been any word yet on when or if this game will come to North America. Hopefully Sega isn’t as stingy as Capcom was with Monster Hunter Online and will set a release date so Westerners can have a go at the game as well.
