Khloe Kardashian is often cited as the tallest member of the Kardashian clan. At 5’10 she’s actually the same height as her half sister Kendall Jenner but the two differ much more greatly in age and body shape. Now, Khloe Kardashian is being candid about how much she weighs and what’s happened to her body since she first became a mother in 2018.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star recently talked about how she lost nearly 60 lbs after the birth of her daughter True Thompson. Speaking with her sister Kourtney Kardashian, she talked about how it’s much easier for her to really hone in and focus at the gym, whereas eating healthily is more of a struggle.

After I had True, I lost 50 pounds, or almost 60 pounds actually now, but I, of course, dieted after that. If you're trying to lose a significant amount of weight, yes, diet and exercise, they go hand-in-hand. Now that I'm in my weight vicinity goal -- I'm around 150, if it goes up a little, when it goes into the one-high forties ooh it's a dream -- when I'm in this world I don't really watch what I eat.

She noted she’s “not binge-eating” bags of chips all day, but she can get excited when True is eating yummy food and has been known to eat a quesadilla or two.

So, I’d rather put more effort into the gym than the kitchen but that’s currently. If I’m trying to drop, I know what to do if I buckle down. I [also] don’t drink juices, I drink water.

Khloe Kardashian’s fitness journey has been well-documented. She made lifestyle changes over time, leading to notable weight loss after her divorce from Lamar Odom. She admitted in the recent Poosh interview with her sister Kourtney Kardashian that “it was agony” when she first started working out, but as she started adding workout days and changing things up, it got easier. By 2018 when True was born, she had a routine figured out.

It’s interesting, because Kourtney’s philosophy seems to be that “eating is a lifestyle,” so the two of them certainly take different approaches to weight and health, although they both look great. Kourtney Kardashian works out too, though she seems to favor short routines, like jumping rope or doing dips before she gets in the bathtub.

The Kardashians have been active quite a bit online lately and have created plenty of videos like the latest health and wellness video of Kourtney’s. Although I will say some of these moments where they’ve put their lives on camera have done better than others, as Khloe Kardashian got some flack for using toilet paper to TP her sister’s yard during the toilet paper shortage.

At the end of the day, even during a weird time like this one, the Kardashian sisters seems to make exercising a priority, and Khloe Kardashian says that is true for her even if she has a busy schedule for the day with her kid.

We still owe ourselves that clarity time. So if it takes putting your kids on a wagon or on a bike with them, still putting your headphones on so you’re still zoning out a little, I think. We all deserve those moments.
