Big Brother All-Stars Reportedly Begins Quarantine With Tyler Crispen And Other Big Names Preparing To Play

Tyler Crispen Big Brother CBS

CBS somehow still hasn't said anything official in regards to Season 22 of Big Brother, though a recent merchandising leak, paired with reporting from many sources, have made it pretty clear a second round of Big Brother All-Stars is coming. Fans had already assumed and hoped the new season would kick off in August, and certain former contestants' whereabouts point to that indeed being the case, with Tyler Crispen and other Big Brother notables having reportedly arrived in L.A. to quarantine for the show.

Right now, the understanding is that the Big Brother All-Stars contestants are under quarantine for two weeks ahead of the show's start, during which time COVID-19 tests will be administered. Those who are deemed healthy enough will officially be granted entry to the Big Brother house. TMZ reported that should any arrivals test positive for the virus, there are some alternate contestants on standby ready to take their place.

As previously mentioned, Season 20 runner-up and America's Favorite Houseguest Tyler Crispen is rumored to be part of the action. He's joined by a noted rival and fellow Season 20 competitor Bayleigh Dayton. Both Tyler and Bayleigh were respectively rumored to appear in Big Brother All-Stars previously, though fans had speculated it would be alongside their "showmance" and real-life partners Angela Rummans and Chris "Swaggy C" Williams. As of writing, however, neither of the latter two has been mentioned amongst the cast in quarantine.

It wouldn't be Big Brother All-Stars without some certified winners involved, and the rumor is that a fair few are heading to the house. Currently, it's said Season 19's Josh Martinez, Season 18's Nicole Franzel, Season 14's Ian Terry, and Season 12's Hayden Moss are all planning to compete. Josh was one contestant who has been teased since the rumors first began, so it's not at all surprising to see him on this alleged quarantine list.

Rounding out the list of reported quarantine players is three-time Big Brother player Janelle Pierzina, Season 8 runner-up Daniele Donato, and Season 18's Paulie Calafiore. Sure, this season is said to be Big Brother All-Stars, but it takes more than just winners to round out a season. Well, I guess technically Big Brother officially has enough winners to deliver a champions-only season now, though some have made it apparent that they aren't willing to give up their current gigs just to go back to the house once more. In either case, few fans will be upset about these non-winners being a part of the fun.

Assuming all the rumored information is accurate and that none of these people end up testing positive, that would mean nine of the Big Brother All-Stars slots have been filled. Going off the standard rules of Big Brother, this means there are 11 more spots left to fill. Other names such as two-time runner-up Paul Abrahamian and Season 20 winner Kaycee Clark had been rumored some weeks ago, so they may soon get revealed to be part of the fun as well.

With CBS' Big Brother All-Stars seemingly just weeks away, be sure to stick with CinemaBlend for when the full cast and circumstances of the season are revealed. Also, be sure to stick around for all the latest news happening in television and movies.
