Big Brother All-Stars hasn't been the most exciting season of the franchise, to the point that even current players who are oblivious to what fans think are openly acknowledging it. A large part of that is thanks to the dominant run by actor Cody Calafiore's alliance The Committee, which has systematically picked off everyone outside their alliance since the game's start.

Is the alliance to blame for the sluggish and predictable pace of Big Brother All-Stars? Possibly, though Cody Calafiore's brother Paulie may feel differently. In what appeared to be a response to criticisms against the season, the former Big Brother contestant and frequent competitor on The Challenge had this to say on Twitter:

I don’t know who needs to hear this right now.....but @RachelEReilly was targeted by a large group for an entire season and still won the season. Wanna know how? She won veto when she was nominated and won HOH to leverage power and make moves that would disrupt that group. #BB22

Paulie Calafiore's tweet seems to put the blame not on The Committee for Big Brother All-Stars predictability, but rather their targets. Big Brother is a game where those nominated have a chance to save their own skin with a veto no matter who is gunning for them, much like Rachel Reilly in Season 13. Nominees winning a veto in Big Brother All-Stars has not happened often, though it is worth noting Kevin Campbell is back on the block again after being removed with the veto in prior weeks not once but twice.

The point being, The Committee has had their targets well within their sights once they're on the block, and there has been little to no deviation from targeting those individuals until they are gone. Many suspect this is due to a pregame alliance Nicole Franzel and Cody Calafiore constructed with the help of former winner Derrick Levasseur, though that hasn't been proven. That said, Paulie Calafiore is aware of that talk and has teased that even "if" that were true, Cody and Nicole may not have been the only houseguests to pregame.

LOL. People actually think this is a thing? Even IF this was the case. The format of BB is structured for disruption to happen IF comps are won. Also, I got tea on A LOT of people who did try to pregame together but have been eliminated already but y’all ain’t ready for that.

It's interesting that Paulie Calafiore allegedly has information about other houseguests pregaming alliances ahead of Big Brother All-Stars, but will he ever share that info? Better yet, is the info he claims to have actually accurate or is he just throwing out something he'd seen on the internet that isn't as solid as talking to another player or even conversations he had with another player? Perhaps someday fans will get the full details behind this pre-gaming scandal, but for now, those details aren't coming from Paulie.
