Kevin Hart is one of the hardest-working stars in Hollywood. It seems like every other month, the comedian has another project or deal being announced. Well now, an unexpected new project has emerged: a new talk show headlined by the actor. That’s on top of an already full slate he has lined up. While the show will be a welcome addition, the real question is: where does Kevin Hart find the time?

This surprising news came courtesy of Peacock’s Twitter feed. The Kevin Hart-hosted talk show titled Hart to Heart will feature the Hollywood star having real conversations with other celebrities. Check out the comedian’s big announcement below:

In true Kevin Hart form, the multihyphenate sold the upcoming chatfest without giving away too much. Hart might appear to be out of his element but that’s far from the truth. Anyone who’s seen the comedian’s daytime and late-night appearances knows he has the gift of gab. He also comes off as a good listener with a genuine interest in other people. So, this talk show separates itself from the competition as seen in the teaser.

The Peacock talk show is part of the actor’s multi-year deal between his Laugh Out Loud Studios and the streamer, according to Deadline. But hosting a talk show is just one of many things Kevin Hart has on the table.

In addition to the Peacock deal, Kevin Hart already has a deal with Netflix for future television and film projects. Along with those two deals, the actor has multiple film projects arriving over the next few years. He will star alongside Jamie Lee Curtis and Cate Blanchett in the big-screen adaptation of Borderlands. The comedian is reteaming with his Wedding Ringer co-star Kaley Cuoco for the comedy The Man from Toronto. It was recently announced Hart and Jumanji co-star Dwayne Johnson will lend their voices to the animated DC League of Super-Pet.

Along with his bustling film career, the actor is coming back to television with the drama series True Story. Hart still has other announced projects in the works ranging from remakes (Planes, Trains and Automobiles, My Own Worst Enemy) and sequels (Ride Along 3, Jumanji 4) to adaptations (Monopoly) and original properties (Co-Parenting). Hart has also taken on the producer role with several projects in development. This is all just the beginning as Kevin Hart still has partnership deals pouring in. So, hosting Hart to Heart is just another portion added to his already full plate.

With such a busy schedule and spending time with his family, Kevin Hart managed to fit a talk show into his full day. But fans won’t have to wait long for its premiere as Hart to Heart will debut on Peacock on Aug. 5 with three episodes. Afterward, the episodes will premiere every Thursday.
