Speed junkies gaming on Mac can go ahead and start revving their engines because, come March 28, you’ll be able to play Feral Interactive’s mega-racer, Grid. Developed and published by Codemasters for PC and consoles, Grid is finally careening onto the Mac platform courtesy of publisher Feral Interactive.
Today Codemasters confirmed the existence of GRID 2, sequel to the 2008 racing game for the PS3, Xbox 360 and PC.. They've released a trailer that hints at a full reveal next week.
Owners of the PC and PS3 versions of GRID will have to be content with racing against A.I. opponents. Codemasters confirmed today that multiplayer servers for both platforms have been shut down.
Codemasters' GRID is this weekend's deal at Steam. From now until Sunday, the racing game will cost you only $14.99 instead of the regular $30.
