Blizzard is squeezing a second and final phase of StarCraft II's beta in before the game's release. Phase two of the beta is available for play starting today.

"As stated previously, all data from beta phase one has been reset," announced Blizzard. "This includes characters, match history, ladder rankings, and achievements. Beta participants will therefore need to recreate their characters and, if joining matchmaking games, complete a new series of placement matches."

The beta will end on July 19th. The full game hits stores on July 27th.
