Corsair Announces Vengeance K70 Mechanical Keyboard
Corsair has announced a brand new keyboard in their line-up of gaming peripherals. The new K70 Vengeance Gaming Keyboard not only looks sleek but it sports some top of the line features, including 100% anti-ghosted matrix, and a highly responsive cherry MX Red mechanical switch under every key.
Ruben Mookerjee, VP and General Manager of the Peripherals Business Unit at Corsair commented in the press release about the new Corsair K70 Mechanical Gaming Keyboard, saying...
"When we launched the Vengeance K60, customers loved the look and quality, but some wanted a backlit version," ... "In typical Corsair fashion, we over-delivered and created Vengeance K70 with key-by-key backlighting, mechanical switches on every key, and two color schemes."
I have to say that the steel blue look for the K70 looks phenomenal, as pictured above in the main image. The second color scheme highlights the Cherry red MX scheme with a red and black palette. I'm curious if Team Solomid will be using this new device?
Anyway, you can also do key-by-key save settings for special games, four levels of backlight intensity, so while you play you can get a better image of the keyboard's layout. In addition to this, there are options to replace the keys so that you can get have the keys look the way you want during your gaming sessions.
With a 1000hz reporting rate, the K70 is also good for those of you out there with lightning fast typing skills and combining that with a 20-key rollover rate means that you'll never have to worry about not being able to pull off the crazy combos, skills, abilities or K-style maneuvers that other keyboards may have prevented you from doing smoothly and accurately.
You can look for the Vengeance K70 Mechanical Gaming Keyboard to launch this April for $129.99. Need more info? Feel free to visit the Official Website. If the K70 seems a little high in price, be sure to check out Corsair's other line-up of gaming gear right here or some of their headsets and mice right here.
