In a couple weeks, Dead Rising 2 Off the Record will arrive. Capcom decided to release some information on the PC version today, including the pre-order incentives.

As noted on the Capcom Unity blog, most digital retailers are offering 10% discounts for pre-orders. If you preorder the boxed version through the Capcom Store, you'll get a "Uranus Zone" t-shirt. It's based off a shirt that players can find in-game. Steam's incentives have yet to be announced, so it's possible they've got something special up their sleeves

The listing for Off the Record at Direct2Drive (via Eurogamer) also reveals the game's system requirements:
  • Operating system: Windows Vista®/XP, Windows 7
  • Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo 2.4 Ghz or better, AMD Athlon X2 2.2 Ghz or better
  • Memory: 2 GB RAM
  • Hard disk space: 8.5 GB free hard drive space
  • Video: NVIDIA® GeForce® 8800GTS or better, ATI RadeonTM HD 3850 or better

Off the Record is said to be a "reinterpretation" of Dead Rising 2. It stars Frank West, the main character from the first Dead Rising. As he investigates the zombie outbreak in Fortune City, he'll encounter new missions, enemies, weapons, and items. Record also includes many technical improvements such as load time optimization and improved network performance.

Record will arrive on the PS3, Xbox 360 and PC on October 11th in North America and on the 14th in Europe. It'll cost you $40 to purchase.
