Lucius Release Date Set For October 26th
Remember that creepy game where you play the little boy? No, I'm not talking about that pedophile simulator Milo & Kate, I'm talking about the game from Lace Mamba Digital and Shiver Games, Lucius. Well, the game is currently available for pre-order right now and will official launch on October 26th.
The game's premise is pretty simple: you, the player, will take control of an evil little boy named Lucius. You'll play the game similar to The Haunting or Ghost Trick and murder people in an open-world environment. More specifically...
Equipped with supernatural powers, take control of Lucius as he begins his blood filled tour of horror through his own house, using Hellís powers of telekinesis and mind control to orchestrate deadly accidents that will minimize the population of the Dante Manor one by one by one.
The premise is pretty trippy and the art-style and environment designs look kind of cool and atmospheric. That's not to mention that the little boy looks like a porcelain doll or something, which just kind of adds to the creep-factor.
My only concern with the game is the challenge. So far it looks like players are in the role of the typical horror-movie stalker-killer but usually there's some kind of opposition to keep the player on their toes and the killer kid frisky from demise.
You can pre-order Lucius ahead of its launch right now and receive an extra 10% off if you nab a copy from Steam for only $21.24. Alternatively, you can learn more about this horror-themed, supernatural adventure game by visiting the Official Website.
