There’s a lot of excitement surrounding the upcoming Baywatch reboot, as a group of (mostly) new lifeguards don the iconic red swimsuits and slo-mo run their way to a fall premiere on the 2026 TV schedule. As if we needed any help getting pumped to see Stephen Amell and his crew keeping those Los Angeles beaches safe, Brooks Nader just dropped some behind-the-scenes pics of the cast getting their bearings.
Brooks Nader seemed like an obvious pick to join the Baywatch reboot cast, given how well she rocked the red for Sports Illustrated, and fans will be happy to hear that, according to her Instagram, she has “finally perfected mouth to mouth.” Well, this I gotta see!

Honestly, even the haters who don’t want Brooks Nader in the reboot would have to admit that she looks like a natural in that swimsuit. It’s exciting to see her walking the beach alongside co-stars like Livvy Dunne and Noah Beck. I’m also loving the UGG boots paired with the red swimwear, as well as the irony of the seventh slide, which shows cameras being set up by a pool where a sign reads “Caution: No lifeguard on duty.”
Article continues belowBrooks Nader may not be trained as a lifeguard — or an actor, for that matter — but she said was prepared to take on this role, just like she took on Dancing with the Stars despite not being a dancer.
The post showed pictures of her trailer with her character’s name, Selene, on a sign on the door, her chair at Baywatch Lifeguard Headquarters and, as promised, Brooks Nader showing off those mouth-to-mouth resuscitation skills. Other members of the cast seemed equally excited about the upcoming series, as they left comments like:
- Livvy Dunne: Oh yea 🔥🔥🔥
- Hassie Harrison: 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
- Ashley Moore: yummy!!!
- Noah Beck: she’s an icon
- Luke Eisner: 🏄♂️🛟
It looks like we’re in for a lot of fun with this cast — which includes David Chokachi reprising his role as Cody Madison from the original series — when Baywatch premieres on Fox later this year.
It’s hard to fathom that some fans have taken issue with the series casting social media stars like Brooks Nader, Noah Beck and Livvy Dunne rather than trained actors. After all, many members of the original Baywatch cast like Jason Momoa, Carmen Electra and Pamela Anderson were relatively unknown when they started saving lives on the beach.

In addition to those already mentioned, the new Baywatch show has signed Thaddeus LaGrone, Jessica Belkin, Shay Mitchell, Kylar Miranda, Nadia Gray and Charlie McElveen. I was already looking forward to what this new cast of lifesavers will bring to the beach, and now that Brooks Nader has given us a peek inside the action, I’m even more ready.
Hopefully we’ll get an update soon regarding when we can expect to see the red-clad cast members take the lifeguard stands.
