The sun is out and the temperatures are high, so you know what that means for the members of the Kardashian-Jenner family. That’s right, it’s still bikini summer for the reality TV stars, with Kim Kardashian vacationing in her classic black bikini and Kylie Jenner modeling her own Khy swimwear. So really it only makes sense that as Kylie got an early start to her birthday festivities, her cake would reflect that summer wardrobe.
Kylie Jenner turns 29 on Monday, August 10, but it looks like the celebration has already begun. The Kardashians’ youngest sister posted some photos and videos to her Instagram Stories showing how she’s kicking off the final year of her 20s, and I simply can’t get over the bikini cake:
After learning that Kylie Jenner used her and sister Kendall’s cleavage to create the shape of her perfume bottle, I have to wonder if the makeup mogul’s measurements were used in designing this baked delicacy. I mean, the jewel on the belly could be a nod at Kylie’s noughties belly chain that she’s been sporting this summer, and I daresay the cake designer nailed the abs season vibes.
I can’t get over the bikini bottoms having “meow meow” written all over them either. The bikini cake may have been the centerpiece, but Kylie Jenner actually showed off a trio of birthday cakes for her weekend birthday bash:
This gives us a look at a gorgeous white cake covered in what I can only assume are edible jewels. (Was the chef given a photo of Jenna Ortega’s Emmys dress for inspiration?) A third offering takes the “meow meow” a step further, depicting four cats frosted onto a pink cake wishing a Happy Birthday not to King Kylie, but rather to “Kitty Kylie.”
The above Instagram Stories post also gives us a different perspective of the bikini cake, which shows its strategically placed candles. Would Garth Fisher of Kylie Jenner’s “445 cc, moderate profile” implants approve?
Outside of the desserts on hand, we don’t have many details on what the early birthday celebration entailed — Was Timothée Chalamet there? Is there another event planned for August 10? What happened to the (not really) $7,000 viral Kardashian cake that Kylie Jenner says she gets every year? The only thing that matters, though, is that the birthday girl enjoyed it, and she definitely appears to be having a blast:
We’ll have to wait to see if more birthday party pics drop in the coming days. Regardless of whether or not we see more into her celebration of 29 years, we can always count on more bikini pics!
Fans of the reality TV family are also waiting for news on The Kardashians Season 8, since we’re approaching a year since Season 7 premiered. No official word has come over whether new episodes will drop as part of the 2026 TV schedule or 2027, but for now we’ll just have to settle for revisiting (and re-evaluating) our favorite Kardashian moments by streaming old episodes with our Hulu subscriptions.
