Few details are known about Born Again Season 2, but it’s been teased that it’ll pick up with the fallout of Season 1's finale. It’s also been said that Matt Murdock will be underground as Wilson Fisk (The Kingpin) continues to sieze power. One of the biggest developments arrived during the summer of 2025, though, as it was announced that Krysten Ritter would reprise her role as Jessica Jones in Season 2. Along with the returning cast, which will include Elden Henson as Franklin “Foggy” Nelson, Matthew Lillard will also play a powerful new character named Mr. Charles.

And, if fans didn’t already have enough to be excited about, Season 3 is already in development. Following that renewal, showrunner Dario Scardapane further confirmed the news by sharing a photo of the writers’ room in October 2025.

Daredevil: Born Again premieres on Disney+ on March 24, 2026, and episodes will be released weekly.

X-Men '97 Season 2 (Summer 2026)

X-Men '97 was critically acclaimed, with many considering it to be the best adaptation of the superheroic mutants to ever reach a screen. So it wasn’t all that surprising when it was confirmed that a second season had been greenlit. Production on those episodes began in 2022 ahead of the first season’s premiere in 2024. .

The creative team is somewhat different this time around, though, as series creator and showrunner Beau DeMayo was fired by Marvel in early 2024 and ultimately replaced with What If…? alum Matthew Chauncey. While his credits have been removed, DeMayo did write a lot of the season before his exit. Also, as announced at New York Comic Con 2025, Eric and Julia Lewald – who wrote for X-Men: The Animated Series and Larry Houston – a director on that OG series – are all returning as executive producers on ‘97. Additionally, a third season is in the works now.

X-Men ‘97 Season 2 is set to premiere sometime during the summer of 2026.

Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man Season 2 (Fall 2026)

Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man was praised ahead of its debut in January 2025, and Marvel TV clearly felt good about it from the jump. That's because the show was already renewed for a second season. Said announcement was made way back in 2022 while Season 1 was still in development.

As you can imagine, exact plot details on the new episodes are scarce at the moment. What we should probably expect is for series creator Jeff Trammell and his collaborators to pick up the plot threads left dangling after the first season's finale. That includes the massive cameo from the conclusion of that defining installment. Something that's also known is that Season 2 will introduce Gwen Stacy to shake up Peter's world just a bit, and footage shown at NYCC teased Peter once again doing battle with the symbiote.

Jeff Trammell also provided an ominous promise about Season 2 in 2025. According to the EP, this next batch of episodes will be “more and more grand, more tragic” and more funny.”

VisionQuest (2026)

The last time audiences saw Vision was during the events of 2021’s WandaVision, which introduced a white incarnation of the fan-favorite android. In the series finale, that robot fled, with his fate being left unknown. However, the character’s story will continue in a new MCU show called VisionQuest, with Paul Bettany reprising his role as the lead character.

VisionQuest took a major step forward when Terry Matalas, of Star Trek: Picard fame, was brought on as showrunner and director. The show was officially announced at NYCC 2025 (years after it was initially reported to be in the works. Bettany teased during the convention that the show would see White Vision trying to piece together the memories transferred to him by the OG Vision.

Bettany is also joined by an excellent cast, which includes James Spader returning as Ultron, fellow MCU OG James D’Arcy playing J.A.R.V.I.S. Also, Henry Lewis plays D.U.M.-E, Jonathan Sayer portrays U, Orla Brady plays F.R.I.D.A.Y. and Emily Hampshire as E.D.I.T.H. What’s also particularly exciting is that Ruaridh Mollica has been confirmed in the role of Thomas Shepherd, the reincarnated version of Vision and Wanda Maximoff’s son, Tommy.

VisionQuest is set to grace Disney+ with its technological presence in 2026.

From stories revolving around characters whom fans have been waiting to see enter the MCU for years to stories involving beloved characters that we could have never imagined, Disney+ has seen a refreshing turning point for Marvel with these TV shows. Marvel Television has changed its content strategy in recent years, though the company still seems to be churning out exciting tales.
