A Raisin In The Sun Deferred
We may not know what happens to a dream deferred is, but we’re seeing a DVD release deferred. The release date for Sony Pictures Television’s adaptation of A Raisin in the Sun has been delayed a week, moving from its original May 6th release to a new May 13th date.
There’s no reason given for the delay in the press announcement, although there rarely is. It could be anything from printing problems to an executive sneezing on the calendar. Whatever the reason, it can’t be too bad. A week doesn’t buy the studio much time to fix anything drastic.
You can find more information about the release in our initial news story.
