Indie Mulitple Sarcasms Get For Spring Release

Multiple Sarcasms is a movie title that sounds clever when you first hear it-- it's a play on multiple orgasms, right?-- but then falls apart as soon as you think harder about it. I mean, what? Sarcasm is a distinct single property?

Hopefully my confusion about the title doesn't turn out to be the most interesting thing about this indie movie, which has just been set for theatrical release in New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Seattle next March. According to Variety the plan is to bring the movie, starring Timothy Hutton, Mira Sorvino, Dana Delany, Mario van Peebles and Stockard Channing, into more markets in April and May. In the film Hutton plays a New Yorker who takes an "unconventional path" to changing his life: writing a play. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't "Let's put on a show!" the oldest cinematic trick in history for shaking up a character's life?
